These Terms of Service govern your use of strategointel.com and the fractional CFO services provided by STRATEGO and Albert Ramos Jr. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
STRATEGO provides fractional CFO and financial planning and analysis services to fitness, wellness, and longevity businesses. The specific services, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed by both parties.
Payment Terms
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance on the first of each month. All fees are due within 5 business days of invoicing. Engagements may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
No Long-Term Contracts
All STRATEGO retainer engagements are month-to-month. There are no annual commitments, no early-termination penalties, and no auto-renewal clauses beyond the standard 30-day notice period.
Confidentiality
STRATEGO treats all client financial information as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., accounting software integrations) or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
STRATEGO's liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. STRATEGO is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law
